With a dual degree in B.Com and Computer Science, and an MBA in Supply Chain & Export Management, he has built a strong foundation in strategic business operations, planning, and execution.
Over the past 17 years, Vikas has led high-impact roles in Purchase, Projects, and Administration across top multinational and private companies—rising to Head of Department and mastering negotiation and project delivery at scale.
Simultaneously, his 15+ years in real estate consulting and marketing have seen him successfully close 500+ property deals, spanning residential flats, commercial offices, NA plots, and agricultural land, with a total transaction value of over ₹500 Crore.
His specialized expertise includes managing NRI property transactions, resale of premium assets, and local land deals, positioning him as a go-to advisor for clients seeking high-value, dependable solutions.
